[Commissioned Artwork Orders Available]
Please note that commissioned works usually take about 3 to 6 months to complete. Depending on my schedule, such as preparation before exhibitions, I may not be able to accept orders during certain periods. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Before placing an order, I kindly ask you to read and agree to the following:

• I will ask about your wishes and ideas before starting, but I may not be able to accommodate very detailed specifications or requests that differ significantly from my style. We will decide on the overall concept together, while the finer details will be entrusted to me as the artist.
• If I feel that I cannot meet your request due to limitations in my ability, I may have to decline the order. Thank you for your understanding.
• Full payment is required in advance. Production will begin once payment has been confirmed.
• As this will be an original, one-of-a-kind artwork, cancellations after production begins, as well as returns or repainting after delivery, cannot be accepted.
• I kindly ask that you prepare the frame separately, as frames are not included.

[Order Process]

1. Please select your preferred size from the “Commissioned Artwork” section of the online gallery, add it to the cart, and fill out the required information.
In the remarks column, please indicate whether you prefer a vertical or horizontal composition, as well as any ideas or requests you may have.
2. Once you have filled out the remarks column, proceed to payment.
Available payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, convenience store payment, post-payment (next month), PayPal, carrier payment, and Rakuten Pay.
3. Within 3 days of your order, I will contact you with the date when I can provide a rough image sketch (small preliminary drawing) based on your request.
4. Once the rough sketch is completed, I will send it to you by email. Please confirm the contents, and if there are no issues, kindly reply with your approval.
5. After the artwork is completed, I will send you an image of the finished work by email. Once confirmed, I will proceed with shipping. (During the production period, I will also send you one update regarding the progress by email.)

※オーダー作品は完成までに３ヶ月～半年程度のお時間を頂戴しております。
展覧会前など、お時間が取れない場合がございますので、ご了承頂けますと幸いです。

また、オーダーをご検討の際に下記についてご了承頂きたく存じます。長文ではございますがご一読下さい。
・ご希望やイメージをお伺いして制作を進めますが、細かなご指定や作風と違ったご要望などはお受けできない場合がございます。大枠を一緒に決めさせて頂き、細かな部分は作家にお任せ頂ければと存じます。
・ご要望をお伺いした際、力不足によりお受け出来かねると判断した場合、お断りさせて頂く場合がございます。ご了承下さい。
・受注は先払いで、ご入金確認後に制作に入らせて頂きます。
・1点物の原画作品の制作になるため、制作開始後のキャンセル、作品到着後の返品や描き直しは一切承ることができません。ご了承下さい。
・大変恐れ入りますが額縁はお客様でご用意頂くようにお願い申し上げます。

【オーダーの流れについて】
①オンラインギャラリーのオーダー作品より、ご希望のサイズを選択頂き、カートに入れるをクリックし、基本情報をご記入ください。
この時備考欄に『縦構図または横構図のご希望、ご希望のイメージやご要望』をご記入ください。

②備考欄までご記入頂きましたら、お支払いにお進みください。
お支払いにはクレジットカード、銀行振込、コンビニ決済、翌月後払い、PayPal、キャリア決済、楽天ペイがご利用頂けます。

③ご注文頂きましたら3日以内にこちらからご要望を元にしたラフイメージ（小下図）の提出日をご連絡させて頂きます。

④ラフイメージ（小下図）が完成しましたら、メールにてご連絡させて頂きます。ご確認頂き、内容に問題がなければ、その旨をご返信下さい。

⑤作品完成後、完成作品の画像をメールにてお送り致しますのでご確認頂き、作品を発送させて頂きます。（制作期間中に一度、進捗なども含めメールにてご連絡を致します。）
